Here I am again.
I thought I would share a few more successes with my essential oils. Below I have posted the recipe’s so you can make these yourself. This is so much fun.
I made a roller ball tincture that was awesome for putting on those awful, red, and itchy mosquito bites. The remedy worked wonders. It helped with the redness, the itching and, took away the bite.
Mosquito Bite Blend
1 Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
2 drops of Thyme essential oil
2 drops of Lavender essential oil
Mix in small roller ball and roll on bites as needed. If using larger roller ball just double or triple the ingredients.
I use the roller balls with the metal roller as the plastic roller can break down from the oils.
Here is another great remedy. It’s a great help in relieving athletes foot. It helps the itch and my son’s went away completely after a couple of weeks of use. Below is the recipe in case you want to see if it works for you.
Athletes Foot Spray
8 oz of distilled water
10 drops of lavender essential oil
10 drops of peppermint essential oil
8 drops of Rosemary essential oil
15 drops of Tea tree essential oil
Combine ingredients into a spray bottle. Shake well before using. Spray on clean and dry feet.
Another one is a homework helper that may give you a boost as well.
Homework Helper
10 drops of Vetiver essential oil
10 drops of Frankincense essential oil
10 drops of Rosemary essential oil
I made this in an inhaler tube but you could also do this as a roller ball or you can make it in a spray bottle.
If you want to make this in the inhaler tube you will just combine the oils in a little container and put the inhaler wick in until it soaks up all of the oils. This only takes a few seconds. Then you can put that into the inhaler.
For the spray put the essential oils in the spray bottle and then fill with distilled water. Then shake up and spray.
For the roller ball put the oils in the roller ball bottle and then fill with a carrier oil like coconut oil. You will then want to shake this before using as well.
Here we gave you few more essential oil blends that you can have fun with trying out. Give it a try and tell us what you think or if you would like to share your recipe’s feel free to comment below. Most of all have fun with it.

I might have to try this as mosquitos in Texas can be bad. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I hear so much about essential oils but don’t quite know any recipes.
